Deck by deck

Parking garage cleaning in Philadelphia

From a one-story garage to a twelve-story one, every drive lane, stall, stair core and elevator lobby swept, scrubbed and washed, with overnight work around your traffic.

One story or twelve, every lane, stall and stair core

A garage is the first and last room a tenant or visitor sees. The scope runs from one-story structures to twelve-story garages: ramps and drive lanes, every stall, the stair cores, elevator lobbies and vestibules.

Premier Window Cleaning, LLC scales the crew to the structure. The people on the deck are our own in-house, union-trained employees, the same ones who work our high-rise glass, so a big garage gets the same accountability as a small one.

Stair cores and elevator lobbies get the same attention as the decks. They are where people stop, wait and look around, and a clean lane next to a grimy vestibule reads as a job half done.

Sweep, scrub, wash, then the drains and the stains

The order matters. Loose debris is swept first so it does not turn to paste under water. Then the surfaces are scrubbed and pressure washed, lane by lane, level by level.

Drain grates are cleared and washed down so water has somewhere to go, and oil and rubber stains get their own treatment instead of being left for the wash to guess at. If you plan to re-stripe, we prepare the stalls for stall re-marking.

Washing a multi-level structure means water has to be managed floor by floor, and that is where drains and a planned route down the building earn their keep. The crew works top to bottom so cleaned decks are not rewetted by the ones above.

Overnight, so the garage stays open

A garage that has to close for cleaning is a garage that is not earning. We schedule overnight work around traffic, coordinate with building management, and stage barricades and signage at ground level so cars and people are kept clear of wet decks.

Estimates are free and priced by building height, access method, frequency and scope, so tell us how many levels you have and how often you want them done. Call (267) 534-5198 and we will go through the structure with you.
