Facade index

Thirteen jobs on one building. One crew for all of them.

Premier started on glass and kept going down the building. The same in-house union technicians, lifts and certified anchors that reach a curtain wall also reach the garage roof, the lobby chandelier and the steel above the ceiling. Every service below has its own page, and every estimate is free. Safety practice for all of it is on the safety page.

Do you clean high-rise condo windows?

Yes, and storefronts, restaurants, hospitals and houses too. Glass comes first, so these three get the longest explanations. If a pane arrived scaled, stained or splattered, the third bay is the one you want.

Commercial & High-Rise Window Cleaning

From storefronts and restaurants to the tallest high-rises, handled by an in-house, fully insured team. Each job opens with an on-site inspection and safety assessment, uses water-fed pole systems for ground-level precision and certified high-rise equipment for skyscrapers and landmarks, and closes with a quality walk-through. Screen cleaning, with a special solution for screen doors and windows, is part of it.

Residential Window Cleaning

The same detail, at home. Interior and exterior glass, sills and accessible frames cleaned on both sides. Screens come out, get cleaned and go back in, and window treatments are moved carefully and returned as found.

Window Restoration Cleaning

For hard water, sprinkler overspray, mineral scale, calcium build-up, concrete slurry, mortar, rust run-off and oxidized aluminum frames. Clarity comes back to etched and stained glass.

What else can you clean while you're up there?

Most of the building, as it turns out. Two groups: what sits outside and at street level, and what hangs inside above the floor.

Post-Construction Window Cleaning

Stickers, tape residue and labels come off. So do paint, caulk and mortar splatter and the construction dust packed into sills and tracks, without scratching the pane. The job ends with a walk-through alongside the project manager. When the glass is older and the damage is mineral rather than builder's mess, the restoration service takes over.

How is pricing worked out?

There is no price list, because a ground-floor storefront and a high-rise are not the same job. Four things set the number, and you get a clear, detailed proposal with no surprises.

Building height
A storefront and a tower are different jobs, with different crews, anchors and equipment.
Access method
Rope, swing stage, boom lift, platform or water-fed pole. The right tool for the facade sets the work.
Frequency
Most commercial buildings book two to four cleanings a year, and high-visibility buildings more.
Scope
Glass, sills and accessible frames are confirmed with you in advance, so the proposal matches the work.
