We Hate Dirty Windows

High-rise, commercial and home window cleaning across Philadelphia.

Thirty-five union technicians, on rope and lift since 2014, with OSHA, ANSI I-14 and IWCA compliance on every drop and a money-back guarantee on every pane.

On the lobby board

Hospitals, universities and landmark towers hand us the keys.

Occupied hospitals and campuses need crews who stay out of the way, badge in, and leave nothing behind. That is why Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, the University of Pennsylvania and the city's big property managers keep Premier on the schedule, alongside major landmarks like the Lincoln Financial building.

The drop log

From the roof ledge down to the street door.

Real frames from Premier's own jobs across Philadelphia. Each one says what was cleaned and how the crew reached it.

Glass cleaned top to bottom on rope, Center City over the shoulder. Every drop hangs from anchors inspected each year and load tested every ten.

Several drops worked side by side on a mirrored curtain wall. In-house union technicians, never a subcontracted crew.

One pass, no streak

Wet the pane, cut the edge, pull the squeegee in a single stroke. Sills and accessible frames get wiped on the way out.

Boom lift

Granite and stone, by boom lift

Where rope is the wrong tool, a lift goes up instead. Barricades and signage at ground level so the sidewalk keeps moving.

Work stops for high wind, lightning, ice or poor visibility, and gets rescheduled promptly. The glass can wait; the crew comes home.

Anthony and John Zurzolo

Two brothers. One rope. Thirty-five union techs.

Both brothers spent years on the crews of large high-rise maintenance companies before they built their own. The company they wanted puts safety first, invests in its people, and delivers results clients can trust without hesitation.

“My windows look incredible! They were so dirty that a regular washing wouldn't do - they had to be scoured with steel wool. I cannot recommend Premier Windows enough. I will use them again.”

Questions from the sill

Do I need to be home while you clean?

Usually not. Here is what customers ask before the crew arrives. Every answer

Not necessarily. Commercial work is coordinated with building management, and for homes we confirm access with you ahead of the visit.

For most homes, no need: we take them out, clean them and put them back. In a residential high-rise, screens must be removed beforehand if they cannot be operated from outside, and exterior-only cleaning needs screens that slide from outside or are taken out.

Yes. Glass, sills and accessible frames are part of the clean, and we confirm the scope with you in advance. Please move personal or delicate items off the sills first.

Most commercial buildings book two to four cleanings a year. High-visibility buildings usually need more, and we set up maintenance programs on a schedule that suits the building.

We never work without properly inspected and certified anchors. Anchors are visually inspected every year and load tested every 10 years, or sooner after structural or roof changes. Our sister company, Premier Building Anchors, handles anchor inspection, testing and certification.

We carry full general liability and workers' compensation, and certificates of insurance are available on request. Every job is done by our own in-house, union-trained employees, never subcontractors.

No chasing. No excuses. Just crystal-clear service.
