Commercial pressure washing in Philadelphia

Building exteriors, entries and hardscape washed by the same crew that cleans your glass, with the pressure and method chosen for the surface in front of them.

Brick, precast, stone and metal each take a different wash

Pressure washing a commercial building is not one setting. Brick, precast concrete, natural stone and metal each respond differently, and the wrong pressure on the wrong surface etches, strips or drives water where it should not go.

So the method is matched to the substrate before the first pass. Our crew looks at what the facade is made of and what is on it, then picks the pressure and approach that lift the dirt without punishing the material.

That matters most on older stone and precast, which are expensive to repair and easy to damage with a nozzle held too close or a setting chosen for something else. The surface decides the method, never the other way around.

From the facade down to the loading dock

We wash building exteriors and precast panels, storefronts, entryways and covered walkways, and the ground the public walks on: sidewalks, plazas and loading docks. Awnings, canopies and dumpster corrals are on the list too,, since visitors pass them on the way in.

A building looks as clean as its dirtiest edge. Doing the glass and the hardscape with one in-house union crew means the entry gets one visit, one point of contact and one result, rather than two contractors who never compare notes.

Because our people already work at height on the same buildings, they can reach a high canopy or a soffit edge with the same lift and platform access we use for glass, and the work stays inside one safety program.

Washing around tenants, deliveries and foot traffic

Most of these buildings are open while we work. We coordinate the schedule with building management, and we set barricades and signage at ground level so nobody walks into wet pavement or spray.

The same OSHA, ANSI I-14 and IWCA safety program that governs our high-rise work applies to ground work as well, regardless of project size. Estimates are free and priced by building height, access method, frequency and scope. Call (267) 534-5198 and we will walk the property with you.
