Not necessarily. Commercial work is coordinated with building management, and for homes we confirm access with you ahead of the visit.
For most homes, no need: we take them out, clean them and put them back. In a residential high-rise, screens must be removed beforehand if they cannot be operated from outside, and exterior-only cleaning needs screens that slide from outside or are taken out.
Yes. Glass, sills and accessible frames are part of the clean, and we confirm the scope with you in advance. Please move personal or delicate items off the sills first.
Most commercial buildings book two to four cleanings a year. High-visibility buildings usually need more, and we set up maintenance programs on a schedule that suits the building.
We never work without properly inspected and certified anchors. Anchors are visually inspected every year and load tested every 10 years, or sooner after structural or roof changes. Our sister company, Premier Building Anchors, handles anchor inspection, testing and certification.
We carry full general liability and workers' compensation, and certificates of insurance are available on request. Every job is done by our own in-house, union-trained employees, never subcontractors.
By building height, access method, frequency and overall scope. You get a clear, detailed proposal with no surprises, and every estimate is free.
Safety comes first. Work stops for high winds, thunderstorms or lightning, icy conditions and poor visibility, and we reschedule promptly.

- How do you keep a high-rise job safe?
- Every project follows OSHA, ANSI I-14 and IWCA standards. Technicians train continuously, use fall protection on every drop, hang only from certified anchors and work with engineered equipment.
- Can you work in occupied buildings?
- Yes. We clean hospitals, universities and occupied commercial buildings, and our crews work discreetly around the people inside.
- Can I get anchor certification and window cleaning from one company?
- Yes. Our sister company, Premier Building Anchors, inspects, tests and certifies fall-protection anchors, so the anchors and the windows can be handled together.
- Do you offer maintenance programs?
- Yes. We build customized cleaning schedules around the building, its visibility and how often the glass needs attention.
- What makes Premier different?
- Decades of combined experience, a trained union workforce, strict safety compliance and accountability for the result. If any part of the work is not right, we come back and make it right.
