Ceilings and steel

Commercial High Dusting in Philadelphia

Structural steel, ductwork, ceiling decks and fixtures cleaned from a certified lift, in buildings that stay open while we work overhead.

Steel, ductwork, ceiling decks and fixtures: the surfaces nobody reaches

Dust does not stay on the floor. It settles on structural steel, along ductwork, across ceiling decks and on every fixture hung below them, and in a tall building nobody sees it until it falls or until a customer looks up. Our crew cleans those overhead surfaces so the ceiling reads as clean as the floor.

The reach is the hard part, not the dusting. We work from certified lift and platform access, which means the height of the space decides the setup, not the other way around.

Warehouses, labs, healthcare ceilings and retail atriums

The work runs across very different buildings. Warehouse and distribution ceilings carry long runs of steel and ductwork. Life-science and healthcare spaces need the above-ceiling areas kept clean in buildings that cannot shut down. Retail atriums and food courts put the ceiling in front of every shopper who walks in.

Occupied space is normal for us. Commercial work is coordinated with building management, and barricades and signage go up at ground level so the people below keep moving safely. Our crew serves buildings across Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.

The same safety program as the glass work, applied to the ceiling

Working overhead on a lift is the same discipline as working on a facade. Our in-house union crew follows the OSHA, ANSI I-14 and IWCA program we use on high-rise glass, with trained and background-checked technicians, inspected equipment and written safety manuals available on request.

Pricing follows building height, access method, frequency and scope, and every estimate is free. Call (267) 534-5198 or send the building details, and we reply with a clear, detailed proposal with no surprises.
