Anthony and John Zurzolo

Two brothers climbed the trade, then built the company.

Both brothers worked for large high-rise building-maintenance companies before they founded Premier Window Cleaning, LLC in 2014. Decades of combined experience came with them, and so did a clear idea of what a crew should be: trained, uniformed, screened and insured. How that crew works on a rope is on the safety page.

Hospitals, universities, managers and the associations they belong to.

These are the clients and professional bodies Premier lists as its affiliations. Hospitals and campuses stay occupied while the crew works, which is why the questions people ask first are about access, insurance and anchors.

Who checks the anchors?

Our sister company, Premier Building Anchors, inspects, tests and certifies the fall-protection anchors a rope drop hangs from. Premier Window Cleaning will never perform work without properly inspected and certified building anchors. They are visually inspected every year and load tested every ten years, or sooner after structural or roof changes.

If a building needs both its anchors and its windows looked after, one call covers both. Every estimate is free, and the guarantee is 100% satisfaction or your money back. See every service or send the address, the building height and how often you want it cleaned.
